“Not Without My Possum” is an acrylic painting on a 5x7 canvas panel. I added glitter to her tears and sealed her with Liquitex Satin Varnish to protect her.
She is a revisit of a sketch I did a couple of years ago that sold. I missed her, so I created her again, with an updated twist. Her frame is thrifted and very sturdy. I painted it gold with a dark royal blue accent. A gold metallic circle makes the subject pop.
