“Armachillo” Hand Painted Armadillo Magnet
I’ve created a few “armachillos” in the past, and it felt like the perfect time to bring another one into the world. This cool little guy is hand-painted in acrylic on a flat 3” x 3” mini canvas panel. I spent extra time perfecting the details, from the texture of the armadillo’s shell to the tiny shoes and custom lettering (which I repainted at least five times).
The word “armachillo” is done in golden paint for a bit of shine, and I embedded two tiny glitter stars in the sunglasses, sealed with UV resin to give the lenses a fun, 3D look. The entire front is protected with a matte sealant, and on the back, I added four strong magnets using industrial-strength E6000 adhesive so it’s ready to stick to any magnetic surface.
This is an original, one-of-a-kind piece — not a print — made with a whole lot of love and care.
Thank you so much for your support. Every purchase helps my family tackle the ever-growing mountain of medical bills. #cancersucks
