Eyeball Heart 👁️‍🗨️🫀Shadow Box Framed Original Painting Terrarium Dried Flowers

$49.00
SOLD

I painted an eyeball heart design in acrylics on a 3” x 3” canvas panel, but something felt missing about it. One day, I was rummaging through my pile of thrifted frames and I came across a forgotten shadow box. It had some ugly printed mass produced thing on it, so I went to ripping it all apart. I cracked open the back and placed a bunch of ideas inside of it until I remembered I had the eyeball heart painting. I stuck it inside and was excited. It looked pretty good as is, with a plain white background, but I thought moss might look good, and before you knew it - I had it covered in a bunch of dried flowers and twigs from my yard. I think it turned out very lovely and unique. The details are truly special in person. The butterfly charm is from my best friend’s late mother’s collection of costume jewelry that was gifted to me to use in art pieces (thanks Morgan, I love you). This item is fragile and should be handled with care. I have brought it along to a few markets and the flowers are glued very securely with E6000, and haven’t budged. I added a wire on the back for easy display.

Measures approx.: 6” x 6” x 1”
