👁️ ~eyeball~ mirror 🪞 {air dry clay, resin coated}
I have had these tiny little round mirrors in the studio and I have been meaning to put them to use. I was squishing some air dry clay in my hands, when I decided I wanted to make an eyeball (surprise, surprise) - and wouldn’t that eyeball be really cool as a tiny mirror? I let the clay dry and placed the little circle mirror on the center of the pupil and was so excited. It is such a fun idea! I painted the eye pendant with acrylics, and then sealed it with resin. If you look closely, you’ll see the iris has some glitter in it. The mirror is glued with industrial strength E6000, so it should stay secure. I then attached a black chain on it for easy hanging.
This all was an experiment, so it doesn’t hang completely flat, you have to delicately adjust it when placing in on a nail. I made the price pretty affordable, though, and it just looks so charming. Please handle this item with care, it is fragile.
Measures approx.: 3” x 2”, not including chain.
Thank you for shopping small!
